The Hanoi People's Committee has just recognized Van Coc communal house, Phuc Loc commune as a tourist destination, opening more conditions for the locality to exploit the historical, architectural, religious and community cultural values ​​of the monument. From a long-standing spiritual living space, Van Coc communal house is expected to become a connection point between heritage, craft villages, agriculture and the countryside landscape along the Red River.
