Hanoi brings AI and digital transformation into legal propaganda

The activity was implemented to honor the Constitution and laws, and aim to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the National Assembly’s adoption of the 1946 Constitution. The city aims to raise awareness of the role of the law, strengthen the sense of observance and protection of the law among officials, civil servants, public employees as well as people of all walks of life, thereby creating changes in the work of building and enforcing laws, serving socio-economic development and ensuring security and order in the world. The content of the response is deployed on the basis of major orientations on innovating legislative work and organizing law enforcement in the new period, associated with the goal of building a civilized and modern Hanoi. Although legal dissemination and education work is carried out regularly throughout the year, activities in response to Vietnam Law Day 2026 will be strongly concentrated in October and November, with the peak period from mid-October to mid-November. Organizational funding is balanced from assigned budget estimates or integrated with annual legal dissemination and education programs of each agency and unit. The Hanoi People’s Committee assigned the Department of Justice to be the focal point to urge and advise on the organization of major events, coordinate the implementation of mock trial models, projects to build a culture of law compliance and enhance communication on digital platforms such as iHanoi.
