The familiar spices in Vietnam Kitchen are possible for “challenging ages”
In Vietnamese kitchens, many spices not only awaken the flavor of the dish, but also become a natural “panacea” to prevent aging.
Aging is a natural process in the human body that occurs over time, gradually decreasing physiological functions, structures and reconstructions. You can’t resist aging, but you can slow the process down.
Even the familiar kitchens know that there are spices that not only awaken food, but also contribute to “holding the spring.” Below is a simple list of spices, but they are effective in slowing down.
1. cinnamon
Cinnamon is a spice that helps keep skin cells and hair young, due to its richness in proanthocyanidins. It is the strongest antioxidant of any polyphenolic compound. This substance helps prevent blood vessels from aging and brings nutrients and oxygen to the skin and hair cells. From there, cinnamon prevents thin hair, dull skin, and the process of wrinkle formation and sagging.

Cinnamon can be used to add to tea, ridge, oatmeal, or coffee or to process stewed meat dishes to enhance their flavor and take advantage of their health benefits. In particular, you should choose Ceylon Cinnamon (real cinnamon). Because it is safer than cassia cinnamon and less koumarin.
2. Garlic
Garlic is rich in allicin, which has antibacterial properties and improves blood circulation, and is beneficial in providing nutrients and oxygen to the skin and hair cells. Garlic is also rich in vitamin B6, which helps regenerate cells.

You should prioritize eating raw garlic or using black garlic to absorb the largest active ingredient content. If you use garlic, start by grinding for about 5-10 minutes before cooking to fully activate allicin and optimize the benefits.
3. ginger
Ginger is another herb that helps to make your hair and skin younger. Ginger is rich in showgirls and ginger rolls, which are compounds that help boost the immune system, and antioxidants help blood circulation well.
