Vietnam’s Phu Quoc was honored as the most beautiful island in Asia and ranked in the top 3 in the world according to Condé Nast Traveler’s Reader’s Choice Awards.

This is considered one of the most prestigious rankings in the world tourism industry. With a history of more than 3 decades, Reader’s Choice Awards is considered “language said by travelers”, is an important measure of international tourism service trends and quality.
Accordingly, this year, Vietnam’s Phu Quoc island is honored to lead the Asian regional rankings, with a total score of 95.51/100. Evaluation criteria are based on the level of satisfaction with the destination in terms of service quality, scenery, beauty of the beaches, unique cuisine and hospitality.
The impressive score also brought Vietnam’s pearl island into the top 3 globally, behind two representatives from the US, Kiawah and Hilton Head, and far ahead of other famous names such as Maldives (92.31), Maui (93.35), Bali (89.84) or Phuket (84.62).
With a 150km long coastline and large national park, Phu Quoc is considered “a tropical pearl” in Southeast Asia.

Previously, the World’s Best Awards 2024 was awarded by a famous travel magazine Travel Leisure The organization also honored Phu Quoc as the second best island in the world, after Maldives.
Phu Quoc is also included in the list of 10 most beautiful islands in Asia DestinAsian. Other than that, the island is okay Lonely Planet – a publisher of travel guidebooks – rated as the world’s leading beach tourism destination, and also recognized by the Korean newspaper Chosun Ilbo praised as a destination that helps visitors “satisfy all 5 senses”.
