Hoa Minzy turns into Thi Mau at the World Cultural Festival in Hanoi
Hoa Minzy, Tung Duong, Oplus and other international artists performed at the opening of the first World Cultural Festival in Hanoi.

On the evening of October 10, the opening ceremony of the first World Cultural Festival in Hanoi took place at the central stage of Thang Long Imperial Citadel. The event was organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Hanoi People’s Committee. Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended the Opening Ceremony. Also attending the Opening Ceremony were Ms. Ngo Phuong Ly – Wife of General Secretary To Lam; Member of the Party Central Committee, Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Van Hung; Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Le Hai Binh along with leaders of central departments, ministries, branches, international guests and a large number of people in Hanoi capital. |

During the ceremony, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh said: “Culture has no borders, therefore, today’s event is also the connection of the Vietnamese people with the peoples of the world. The event brings joy and cultural enjoyment of the peoples of the world with Vietnam and of Vietnam with the peoples of the world. We are also struggling with storms and floods. Music group Oplus and singer Ngoc Anh show off their powerful voices through musical performances honoring love for their homeland. The festival takes place for 3 days October 10 – October 12.
