Storm No. 10 (Bualoi), Storm No. 11 (Matmo) and the post-storm circulation have caused serious damage in the Northern and North Central provinces and cities.

 

Faced with that situation, on October 2, on behalf of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Mr. Do Van Chien, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front issued a call for organizations and individuals to join hands to support the people in overcoming the consequences of Storm No. 10 (Bualoi).

Responding to that call, MB and the Police Department for Administrative Management of Social Order (C06) – Ministry of Public Security implemented the “Joining hands for emergency relief program for people affected by floods on the VNeID platform in 2025” to apply technology solutions to mobilize, receive and quickly give the hearts of the people of the country to people in affected localities.

Especially through the program, donors can easily support and track statements transparently, conveniently, and in real time.
