About 1 year ago I was like many people, every morning I was obsessed with the question: “What to eat this morning?”. And then it is usually a temporary meal in the street or completely. As a result, during that year, my body was hungry all the morning, not focusing on working and not yet craving for lunch. At that time, the spirit as well as the body was drowsy, not to mention skipping meals also made me health.

Then I decided to prioritize the full breakfast. And guess? Not only my skin improved, but I also silently lost a few pounds! And of course eating moderately also needs to be accompanied by exercise. I occasionally posted my breakfast on social networks, and received many appreciation.

1. Monday breakfast: Start

Five -colored porridge: Secondly need a sweet taste to wake you up. Five -colored porridge, cooked from red apples, red beans, peanuts, goji berries and brown sugar. This is a great dish to replenish energy and blood! Cook porridge with rice cooker before you go to bed on weekends and enjoy while it’s still hot on Monday morning.

Bird’s nest nest: This can be called “beauty petrol station” for women. Choose bird’s nest in the evening the day before and put in the jar. The next morning you just need to mix with hot milk. This dish only needs about 1 minute of preparation and your skin will be moisturized.

Green vegetable and mushroom dumplings: This is the ingredient available at any supermarket and you only need to put in the steamer for 8 minutes. Dumplings also have many different types of filling, perfect fresh for you to choose for breakfast.

Brown sugar flour bread: Sometimes try a little carbohydrate food to make you happy. They are soft, sweet and full of happiness!

Make chilli marinated: This is a great dessert to lose fat! Cut guava into pieces and marinate with passion fruit juice to have a sweet and sour taste that stimulates the taste and supplement vitamin C.

Eggs with vinegar soy sauce: Are you bored with boiled eggs? Peel off and dip in a mixture of soy sauce, vinegar and a little minced garlic to have a delicious, flavorful dish, and a perfect source of protein.

2. Breakfast on Tuesday: The combination of “black gold” full of energy

Black sesame dumplings: Another benefit of semi -finished dumplings! Steaming dumplings is the whole family will smell sesame. Good for hair!

Chia seed custard soup: This is the dish I created myself. The method is very simple, just boil the milk and then beat the eggs and chia seeds. Use a spoon to stir to get a smooth, full and protein shups mixture.

KiwiThe great combination of vitamins, high quality carbohydrates and high protein. Sea cucumber is a regular breakfast of my family. I often buy sea cucumbers and soak in soft water. Then put in a pot of boiling water in the morning, there is a simple but nutritious dish.

3. Breakfast on Wednesday: fresh in Japanese style

Fried dumpling: This follower I took out in the refrigerator and did not need to defrost. Then put the dumpling in the pan, add cooking oil and fry the lower surface. Then, add half a water, cover and simmer until cooked. When you take the dumpling out, you will see the fried surface is golden brown and the cake will be crispy!

Mixed vegetable soup: I often take advantage of the vegetable ingredients that I cook at dinner the day before and leave a bit. For example, corn, peas, carrots, chips … then cook with shrimp to make a gentle and delicious mixed vegetable soup.

4. Breakfast on Thursday: Healthy diet in the style of supermodel

Bird’s nest and pear: Dig a hole on pear, add bird’s nest and goji berries, steam for 15 minutes is done. This dish will moisten the lungs and reduce cough, very suitable for autumn and winter!

Black sesame oatmeal: Oatmeal and black sesame mixed with hot milk, fast, nutritious and extremely delicious.

Strawberry Greek yogurt: Greek yogurt is as thick as fresh cheese and when combined with strawberries, it has a strong flavor and high protein content.

5. Breakfast on Friday: Running water to welcome the weekend

Shrimp mcmuffin and egg cream: A formula that I created in a healthier style! I bought a muffin and then stir -fry a few shrimps and clamped in the same slice of egg cream and an omelette. The dish is really delicious!

6. Saturday breakfast: Late breakfast is gentle and hearty

Saturday morning I often sleep and enjoy the weekend breakfast later and leisurely.

Dumplings: Dumplings for Saturday I choose a thin, multi -filling of mushrooms and meat. Dumplings have a very delicious flavor and more than enough for late morning!

Purple sweet potato rice milk: I prepared purple sweet potatoes and rice, then put in the soy milk maker to make my favorite milk. This dish has a light sweetness, warm purple to help you stay awake throughout the day.

Purple/Black sticky cornBecause this breakfast is late, 1 chicken egg and corn sticky corn are enough. Peach is in the season, it is very delicious, sweet and succulent, a great reward for the weekend.

Breakfast is arranged like this during the week is not both full and simple? And my secret is to “prepare in advance and make the most of semi -finished products”. For example, dumplings, vegetables, bread, sausages … For dishes such as five -color porridge, bird’s nest, sea cucumber, I will spend time preliminary processing on weekends. Fruit, yogurt, fresh milk, nuts are always available in the house, just mix them the way I like.

Some people say eating like this every day is too annoying. I want to say that, treat yourself well, life will treat you well. Just spend 10-20 minutes a day, you will have a breakfast full of energy and good mood throughout the day. This investment is absolutely worth it!
