According to Oddity Central (UK), Zeroe’s product called Zeroe Caviar is made from organic seaweed off the French coast, combined with natural ingredients such as cayenne pepper, black pepper, turmeric, laurel, leeks, dill and tarragon.

A special feature is that this type of “fish roe” was quickly included in the menu by many Michelin-starred chefs and restaurants. Initial reviews show that Zeroe Caviar’s flavor is almost indistinguishable from real fish roe, from its mild saltiness to its characteristic melty texture.

On the official website, the brand describes: “With its delicate texture and excellent taste, Zeroe Caviar will take your taste buds on an unforgettable journey. Created with a strong commitment to ocean conservation, this vegetarian caviar helps you enjoy the full flavor of your food without affecting the environment. The product is completely plant-based, without using fish or any animal ingredients.”

On Google, many users praise Zeroe Caviar. One person commented: “The taste is exactly like sturgeon caviar and can be combined with many dishes.”

However, this environmentally friendly “fish roe” is not cheap. A 50 gram box costs 42 USD, while a 300 gram jar is sold for 120 USD – a luxury option for those who want to enjoy fish eggs while still maintaining a green lifestyle.
