Ho Chi Minh City River Festival won two gold awards at IBA 2025

According to the Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Bureau, the 2024 Ho Chi Minh Ichikawa Festival was awarded two gold awards at the 22nd International Business Awards (IBA) in 2025, bringing great pride to the city.
Specifically, the Golden Award Festival category for Art Festivals
This is a special milestone, making River Festival one of Vietnam’s few events, achieving dual international achievements.
The IBA 2025 awards ceremony will be held in Portugal on 10-10-2025.
The IBA is one of the most prestigious awards in the world belonging to the US Stevie Award system, such as the New York Post’s “Oscar Economic Sector.”
Over 22 seasons, the 2025 season has attracted over 3,800 nominations from 78 countries and regions.
The River Festival has received many tributes from the Judges’ Council and appreciates both its strategic vision and its strong spread.
Born in 2023, the River Festival was launched as a strategic imprint by the Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Bureau to celebrate cultural-historical values and build an identifiable river city brand.
