Hanoi has more restaurants meeting Halal standards
On the morning of August 2, Hanoi Halal Restaurant restaurant opened at Lot 87-88, Road No. 1 of the City Exchange, Phu Dien Ward.
With an area of nearly 400m², Hanoi Halal Restaurant has 4 floors for catering, morning coffee, conferences, small parties, with the same prayer area, Wudu, … towards serving the domestic and international Muslim community and the real food is interested in clean food.

The launch of Hanoi Halal contributes to perfecting the ecosystem of welcoming Muslim tourists with strict food requirements, marking an important step in bringing Halal standards into urban food service industry.
Ms. An Thanh Nhan, the founder of the restaurant, said Halal (Arabic is “allowed”) as a strict food standard system, stipulating the entire supply chain without using banned ingredients, no cross -contamination, no toxic additives, while ensuring transparency processing, hygienic and suitable for production ethics.

Halal certification is one of the important criteria to participate in the global Muslim market, with more than 2.3 billion consumers in ASEAN, Middle East, South Asia, Africa and Europe.
