Fubeef Noodle Soup – My look in cooking is included in the list of intangible cultural heritage
According to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism Decisions No. 2203/QD-BVHTTDL dated June 27, 2025, “Folk Knowledge of Hue Beef Noodle Soup” was included in the list of the nation’s intangible cultural heritage.

This special noodle dish is associated with many ancient craft villages in hue, such as the village of Van Couvermiccheli. This is thought to be a traditional vermisery cradle, and is thought to have earned more than 400 years, with a typical village of over 500 years in the occupation. Everything reflects religious life, the characteristics of the community, the village in particular, and the cuisine of the soul, style and colour in general.

Making this dish is exquisite from the ingredients to the processing. The beef noodle soup in colours contains noodles, beef, pork rolls, rolls (crab or beef), boiling secretion, and a distinctive red soup. Two factors known as the “soul” in a dish are soups and insects (hue vermisery). The soup is simmered from cowbon, a combination of citronella essential oils, fish sauce and familiar spices.
