Prepare:

Industrial chicken feet: 1 kg

Ajiquick dry breading powder: 02 small packages

Onion: 01 small bulb

Garlic: 1 small minced bulb

Scallions, cooking oil

Spices: fish sauce, sugar, vinegar

Making:

Step 1: Wash chicken feet with vinegar until clean, cut in half. Drain and sprinkle with Ajiquick dry breading powder at the ratio: 0.5kg of chicken feet corresponds to 1 small package.

Step 2: Mix the mixture: 2 fish sauce, 1 sugar, 1 vinegar and then dissolve.

Step 3: Fry the marinated chicken feet until golden, add minced garlic until fragrant, then pour in the mixture above and boil. Slice the green onions into pieces of more than 1 knuckle, add them to the stir-fry and then remove the pan from the stove.
