The capital city of Hanoi continues to affirm its position on the world tourism map when it was recently honored as Asia’s Leading City Destination and Asia’s Leading Short-Term Vacation City Tourism Destination within the framework of the 2025 World Travel Awards.

Meanwhile, Ho Chi Minh City continues to affirm its position as Asia’s leading destination when it just won four award categories at the World Travel Awards 2025, announced on October 13.

Ho Chi Minh City’s awards include Asia’s Leading Business Tourism Destination (4th consecutive year); Asia’s leading festival and events destination (4th year in a row); Asia’s leading local tourism management agency (under Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism, for the 3rd consecutive year) and Short-term resort destination in Asia’s leading coastal city (Vung Tau)./.
