Along with the main construction blocks, the project also invests in many infrastructure and auxiliary items such as building a new basketball court, renovating the entire school yard, fence walls and drainage system, adding water tanks, an automatic fire protection system meeting standards and equipping 100% new equipment for teaching and learning. The project was started in September 2024. During the construction process, all items were inspected and supervised from supplies, input materials, machinery, equipment to labor safety; Minutes of acceptance of phase change are carried out in accordance with legal regulations and standards. The project implementation process also coincides with Hanoi’s transition to a two-level local government model. According to Decision No. 3339-QD/UBND dated June 27, 2025 of Hanoi People’s Committee, the project investor was transferred from Ba Dinh District Construction Investment Project Management Board to Ngoc Ha Ward People’s Committee, in which Ngoc Ha Ward Investment – Infrastructure Project Management Board was assigned to perform the task of investor. Despite the change in the management model, relevant units still coordinate to maintain progress, increase human resources, organize continuous construction and ensure requirements on labor safety and environmental sanitation.
