Time Out Tourism and Cultural Handbook said that Hanoi capital is the convergence of “countless delicacies”. You can easily find the best dishes in every corner here, from small alleys, winding stairs to crowded street corners.
“Line up outside the bread 25 in the old town to enjoy grilled pork bread. Look for a hot bowl of noodles along the dark corridor, up the winding stairs leading to Ms. Minh’s living room at Hang Trong Pho. Sit at the stool at Ba Loc rolls to enjoy rolls, a type of rice paper rolls with minced pork and mushrooms,” Time Out magazine described.
If you just want to try one dish, Time Out suggests you bun cha – a typical “unofficial” dish of Hanoi. In addition to describing the dish as “a rich, delicious broth with grilled meatballs and bacon, served with fresh vermicelli”, Time Out magazine also introduces you a famous address with this dish is 74 rows of fans.
In the list of Time Out, in addition to Hanoi, there are a number of other Asian cities named Penang (Malaysia), Singapore, Mumbai (India), Chiang Mai (Thailand), Taited (Taiwan), Osaka (Japan Ban), Bangkok (Thailand), Phnom Penh (Cambodia) and Chengdu (China).
Although street food is synonymous with affordable prices, Asia, including Hanoi, is still a symbol of places with addictive dishes, Michelin quality.
